Founder and Managing Director Richard has more than 35 years’ experience in senior management and executive roles. Having spent twenty years as a Senior Manager / Director of Business Development with a market leading global manufacturer, Richard was responsible for the development of both major business accounts and the performance and profitability of multi-site development programmes. A qualified Business Adviser and Registered Business Coach, Richard supports small businesses with Business Growth, Business Development, Improving Performance and Managing Innovation. He is also a Business Mentor and Leadership & Management trainer with the Chartered Management Institute and a non-Executive Director advising a number of small businesses across all sectors.
Tony, a graduate engineer with both a strong commercial and manufacturing background, has over 30 years industry experience. Having worked for several well-known manufacturers including Russell Hobbs and Thorn Lighting, Tony acquired a number of his own businesses in the Midlands, supplying the demanding automotive sector. As Group Managing Director, turnover rose to over £30 million and the UK operations employed more than 250 staff. Mergers and acquisitions, a key part of the groups business strategy, meant that Tony was heavily involved with the analysis of business performance. A qualified Business Coach (he has delivered a number of very successful training programmes in recent years) and a registered Prince 2 practitioner, Tony is a Director of a number of local businesses and has a passion for helping small and medium sized business to achieve their true potential.
